MOGA BEGINNER'S GUIDE

Hey, Tamers! If you’ve just downloaded the game and you’re wondering what to do next, you’ve come to the right place. Read on for everything you’ll need to get to start off strong on your adventure!

Let’s log in:

The first time you log in to the game (check out our How To section for a walkthrough), a GON Wallet will automatically be created just for you. You’ll use your e-mail address to sign in, but once you’ve loaded the game, you’ll be able to enter a nickname of your choice.

Meet your Moga:

The game’s first chapter is designed to take veteran and novice players alike through all the basics of the Monster Galaxy universe. While you’re learning the ins-and-outs from [NPC] Reina, you’ll receive your very first Moga for free so you can fully immerse yourself in the game.

Be in your element:

Every Moga has an elemental affinity that will determine how it interacts with allies and opponents in battle. A Wind element Moga, for example, will do bonus damage when attacking a Water element Moga. But that same Water Moga would have the advantage if they were facing off against a Fire Moga instead. And in a Wind vs Fire fight, fire would have the upper hand. As for Light and Dark element Moga, they’re evenly matched; they do bonus damage to each other. And last but not least, there’s the Anima Moga. Moga with this element can take on the powers of another element depending on what’s needed.

Upgrade your experience:

Every time you beat a level, you’ll get experience points and rewards, like resources, equipment, and treasure boxes. Treasure boxes can also be obtained through the game’s auto mode. If you want to improve your Moga’s stats, you can use the experience and rewards you’ve won to level them up. In addition, you can equip them with the gear you’ve gotten to give them bonus attributes.

Gotta gacha:

For completing tasks, earning achievements, and participating in events, players receive Moga Fragments, and Equipment. Tickets for the Gacha feature allow players to pull from the Normal Gacha for free and can be obtained by completing in-game tasks.

Get in formation:

Before you start a fight, you’ll be able to choose a formation for your team. Different formations offer different bonuses, so you’ll have to decide which one will be most advantageous based on the Moga you’re bringing into battle.

Frequent the forge:

At the Forge, you can upgrade, reforge, or salvage basic equipment. The material obtained from salvaging can then be used to upgrade other equipment. And if you’re ever unhappy with the attributes of your advanced equipment, you have the option to reforge it.

Discover the dungeons:

There are a variety of dungeons you can visit, each featuring a different key resource. You’ll have a chance to challenge the Crystal Dungeon, Material Dungeon, Exp Dungeon, and Capture Dungeon for free each day. If you want to return to a dungeon after you’ve used your free entry, additional tickets can be obtained from daily tasks or purchased with GCoin.

In the Market for Moga:

Through our intuitively-designed marketplace, you players can conveniently see all the commodities that you own, filtering or searching by keywords as needed to find what they’re looking for. Using this interface, you can also buy and sell your equipment, resources and Moga Fragments.

Make yourself at HOME:

On your personal HOME page, you can build facilities that produce key resources. Develop the Mining Factory to regularly collect crystals. Plant seeds in the Farming Field and harvest the crops that grow there to get Moga Fragments. Level up both facilities and they’ll yield more rewards.

Try your hand at taming:

With the information above, you should have everything you need to embark on your Moga journey. But if for any reason you ever feel lost, be sure to check out our other guides and engage with your fellow players in the Monster Galaxy P2E community.
