Moga Community Prohibited Conduct

These rules and guidelines have been designed to ensure that every member of the community has a pleasant experience. Failure to follow the rules of conduct will result in disciplinary action. Depending on the severity of the offense, you may receive a warning or your account may be banned. Please note that if you have multiple accounts, warnings and bans will be applied to all of them.

Interacting with other users on Discord:

1. Be kind & courteous.

2. No harassment, discrimination, and/or hate speech. This includes,excessively vulgar, insulting, explicit, hateful, or otherwise abusive language and also applies to server nicknames and screen names.

3. No Spamming. Communication should be relevant to and appropriate for the channel in which it is posted. If you’re not sure, ask!

4. No Trolling. Posting content (including server nicknames or usernames) that is inflammatory or intended for the sole purpose of offending or provoking others is not allowed. If you witness another user posting material of this nature, do not engage with them. Instead, report it immediately to a member of staff.

5. No Unsolicited DMs and/or Advertisements. This includes but is not limited to: messaging players directly offering to buy/sell something, messaging players directly with links or proposals of any kind, advertising other games/websites in the server, etc.

6. No Stalking. Persistent harassment of an individual or group of individuals against their wishes is not permitted. If a user asks you to leave them alone, please respect their wishes. If someone is stalking you, please report them to a member of staff.

7. No NSFW material of any kind. This includes but is not limited to nicknames, links, images, etc.

8. Communicate in English. That means you should only use English except in channels that have been designated for other languages.

9. No political or religious discussions.

10. No Scamming/Hacking. Any and all violations of this kind should be reported to a member of staff.

11. No Impersonation. Do not impersonate or attempt to impersonate a member of staff or another user.

Images:

1. No images in text-only channels. There are designated areas where images are permitted. Images posted outside of these areas will be removed.

2. No Harmful Images. Certain types of graphic images may contribute to or otherwise cause viewers to experience an adverse physical reaction, such as migraine, headaches or seizures.These images are not permitted.

3. No Mature Material. Any material that is sexually explicit or pornographic, or depicts excessive violence or gore is not permitted

4. No Copyright Violations. Posting images that you do not have the rights to may be treated as copyright infringement or art theft if the owner of the image makes a complaint. Claiming art that you did not create yourself, either in contests or in our servers, as your own work will be treated as art theft, which can result in legal prosecution in real life. Attempting to use stolen art for profit is considered to be scamming. Additionally, art that you have made yourself, but that was heavily copied or traced from the work of others, or includes images or graphics you did not make yourself, may also be treated as art theft. If you are found to be guilty of this in our contests, you will be disqualified from that contest and any and all future contests.

In Game Conduct:

1. No Glitch Exploitation. Exploiting glitches for personal gain is not allowed. If you experience a glitch, you are asked to report the glitch via our Discord ticket system.

2. No Fraudulent activity. This includes but is not limited to abuse of the game’s Top-Up feature.
